Chairman of the Board of Directors of Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation will announce through proper media the names of award winners at such time that he would decide each year. There will be a special ceremony for awarding the prize.

If two or more winners were selected for an award, each will be given an honorary certificate and a medal in addition to the financial reward, which will be shared equally.

The Foundation will host winners in Amman and will pay for their travel expenses – economy class - if they were coming from abroad.
