Conditions for applying for the award
The candidate should be of Arab nationality or origin, and the candidate’s work should be directed towards the Arab children below sixteen years of age.
The work submitted should be written in standard Arabic according to the proper size and form provided that it was published not more than three years ago, and has not won a similar award.
The book should contain a number of poems no less than ten poems.
Nominations for the award will be accepted provided that they are submitted by the authors themselves or through academic, educational, scientific, and cultural institutions.
(6) copies of the book nominated for the award will be submitted along with the candidate’s curriculum vita provided that the award application form (obtainable from AHSF or from AHSF’s website) will be filled out and sent to the award secretariat.
