The Lebanese Council for Scientific Research aims at enhancing relations of scientific Cooperation between Arab institutions and surveying the scientific research activities conducted by Arab researchers in science & technology through out the Arab world , as well as to strengthen all aspects of cooperation with them .

Since the main objective of Shoman Foundation was to enhance and support the Arab scientific research , an agreement between the Lebanese National Council for Scientific Research represented by its Director General Dr. Mu'een Hamza & Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation represented by its General Manager Mr. Thabet Al-Taher on Monday 10.1.2010 at Shoman Foundation in Amman .
