General Rules

1. If researcher were unable to complete the research, the Committee will have the right to take the following steps:
   1. Suspend funding of the project.
   2. Retrieve the completed part of the funded research and have the project completed in a way that the Committee deems fit.
   3. Retrieve articles, equipments and instruments, whether used or not, in the research project.
2. If the Committee were to find that the researcher has misused funds that were allocated for the research project, it shall have the right to demand by legal means repayment of the said funds.
3. Scientific researches and results once completed will equally belong to the Fund, the university and researcher. Instruments and equipment used in the research will equally belong to the Committee and university and both shall take cooperate in taking appropriate measures for deciding the best use of these instruments and tools.
