Phase Reports of Research's Execution

Researcher shall submit a phase report using the special form for that, every six months, indicating completed works in the project, in addition to statement of expenses.
Researcher will submit a final report upon the completion of the project.
Researcher may petition the Committee for an extension period to complete the project along with the reasons for it.
The institute for which the researcher works will evaluate the project upon its completion prior to submission to the Fund Administration, and in doing so, the institute may seek the aid of experts it deems fit. The acceptance of research for publication in specialized, concise magazines of international stature will be considered a positive evaluation.
Judging committees may, if necessary, be formed by the Fund Administration Committee to undertake the evaluation of a completed project.
