Research Expenditures

Expenditures covering research are determined as follows:
1. Instruments and equipment required for the research.
2. Collection, analysis, classification, preparation, and manual and automated handling of data in accordance with set plan of research.
3. Rewards granted for researchers, research assistants and others working on the research.
4. Consumed material that is required for the research.
5. Sums allocated for travel and transport requirements of the research should not exceed 20% of total sum allocated for the research.
6. Any other expenses approved by the Committee.
Sharing expenses:
1. A university, institute or a center of science should share no less than 30% of funding for any of the research projects that need financial support.
2. The Fund will not incur recurring administrative expenses of scientific research projects approved by it such as office fees, employees salaries, utilities fees, transportation and others.
