The project shall be supervised by a Board consisting of professors and academicians of experience and high expertise.
The Board includes the Following:

1. Dr. Fahmi Jad’an – editor of the section on the humanities and the social sciences.
2. Dr. Homam Ghaseeb – editor of the section on basic science and technology.
3. Dr. Mohammad Shaheen – editor of the section on literature, critique and art.
4. The Director General of the Foundation.

The tasks and jurisdictions of the Board, include the following:

1. To propose topics for the project and, select those who shall be assigned the task of writing them, in the various fields.
2. To prepare the letters of assignment to the professors and researchers, on the various topics.
3. Read, review and edit the research material before sending them to print.
4. Present proposals relating to the program of lectures and seminars, and matters relating to the publication of the various materials in the project.
5. The Board may seek in the course of its work, the assistance of experts of its choosing.
