As an embodiment of the objectives of the Royal Jordanian Hashemite Documentation Center and Abdul Hameed Shoman Foundation in serving documentation , scientific research , preserving Jordanian , Hashemite , Arab, and Islamic manuscripts , and as a confirmation of the well of the two parties to cooperate in exchanging what both have , and due to the pioneering experience that each party has , the two parties signed and agreement of cooperation to develop a cooperation based on mutual interests and in accordance with the rules and regulations that is valid for both parties .

The agreement guarantees that both parties exchange information and expertise in the field of documentation especially that relate to restoration , documentation and IT exchange of publications and books addressing archive and documentation technology or any other documentation that might be of help in developing the documentation know how techniques between them .
