Artistic Creativity Field Conditions

Drawing:

  1. Target age groups: (8-11), (12-15), (16-18).
  2. The submission shall be done by the applicant himself/herself;
  3. The applicant shall write his/her full name and age in a prominent place behind the drawing;
  4. The applicant shall participate with one drawing according to the criteria he/she deems suitable, and the type of paper he/she chooses, in order to qualify his/her submission to the first stage of the competition;
  5. The applicant shall participate in a technical workshop under the supervision of experts, during which he/she shall draw one or more works in the manner he/she deems appropriate;
  6. Final arbitration shall be carried out according to the outcome of the workshop;
  7. The Foundation shall provide (during the training workshop) the technical tools necessary to complete the drawings;
  8. All entries shall be sent starting from 16 September to 30 November via Aramex;
  9. Decisions of the final arbitration committees shall be final and shall not be subject to appeal.
  10. Fill in the participation form. (Attach a copy of birth certificate or ID card).

 Arabic Calligraphy:

  1. Target age groups: (12-15), (16-18).
  2. The submission shall be done by the applicant himself/herself;
  3. The applicant shall write his/her full name and age in a prominent place behind the submission;
  4. The submission shall take into account the soundness of spelling, shape, and distribution;
  5. The selected texts shall be from modern and contemporary Arabic and international heritage and literature;
  6. The applicant shall be allowed to choose any type of known Arabic fonts, such as Naskh (soft) font or Kufic (dry) font and their different styles and shapes;
  7. The applicant will participate in only one work, measuring 30x40 cm on suitable A3 coated paper;
  8. The text shall be authentic. The applicant shall participate in a workshop to demonstrate their artistic ability;
  9. The applicant shall participate in a technical workshop under the supervision of specialized supervisors. During the workshop, the applicant shall produce one or more works in the manner he/she deems appropriate, under which he/she shall be evaluated;
  10. The Foundation shall provide (during the training workshop) pens (plums), inks, cardboard, and whatever is necessary to complete the work.
  11. The final arbitration shall be carried out in accordance with the outcome of the workshop;
  12. All entries shall be sent starting from 16 September to 30 November via Aramex;
  13. Decisions of the final arbitration committees shall be final and shall not be subject to appeal.
